Where do we park?
We have one first-come, first-served parking space located behind the inn. The Bon Vivant Room and the Commodore Quarters each come with a designated parking spot. There is also plenty of free street parking nearby. Please pay close attention to the red-and-white street sweeping signs to avoid tickets.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We welcome dogs in three of our garden-level rooms: Bon Vivant, Provence, and Bellevue. There is a $50 fee per dog per stay, and we ask that you let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with your furry friend.
Can we check in early?
Early check-in may be possible, depending on availability. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance so we can confirm. Most of the time, you’ll be able to drop off your bags early, but your room is guaranteed to be ready by 3:00 PM check-in.
How does breakfast work?
Breakfast is included with your stay! Our menu rotates daily and may include sweet or savory options. While we do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee substitutions. Each morning’s breakfast menu is posted in the common space, but offerings are subject to change.
What is included in the afternoon happy hour?
Each afternoon we offer a complimentary happy hour featuring a selection of wine, cheese, and crackers. It’s the perfect way to relax and unwind after exploring Savannah!
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a later departure, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you when possible.
Do you allow children?
Justine Inn is primarily an adults-only property, designed for a quiet and relaxing stay. While we do not typically accommodate children, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out before booking so we can review your request.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 48-hour notice of any cancellations to a reservation. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours are subject to cancellation fees of one night’s room rate plus applicable tax. Reservations with our best rate may be made by calling (912) 677-0726, visiting justineinn.com or emailing us at innkeeper@justineinn.com. Our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to reservations made by phone, online or with third parties. 48-hour notice is 3 p.m., two (2) calendar days prior to arrival. Third parties are any websites booking on your behalf including but not limited to Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com. Justine Inn Savannah is not responsible for any travel emergencies guests may encounter. Full payment is due 48 hours prior to check in. The cancellation fee also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay. No refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
What is your smoking policy?
Justine Inn is a smoke-free property indoors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted only on designated patios. For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that smokers keep a generous distance from doors and windows to prevent smoke from entering the house.
